With a dynamic blend of technology expertise, a willingness to help people, and a love for sales and marketing, Joe Bangali brings a bespoke approach to the IT staffing industry as the Founder and CEO of Smart Tech Hire. Joe embarked on this entrepreneurial journey after a 15-year career in IT as a Systems Engineer, Linux Engineer, and AWS Cloud Engineer.
At Smart Tech Hire, Joe has pioneered a unique approach to staffing, emphasizing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring that both candidates and companies thrive. Under Joe's leadership, the firm prides itself on caring for their candidates and corporate partners through meaningful relationships, asking insightful questions, understanding their business needs, and solving their hiring challenges.
Joe's parents emigrated to the United States from Freetown, Sierra Leone, when he was three years old and settled in Alexandria, Virginia. He holds a master's degree in business administration from The Jack Welch Management Institute.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys lifting weights, coding in Python, reading, watching football and basketball, and spending time with his lovely wife and amazing daughters. Joe believes a well-rounded life is critical to personal and professional fulfillment.
